I had to remake the text box from the original document so that I could make it bigger to fit the information. After that I had researched a good bit to try to make a caption for the text box but that ended up a dead end. I then just made a different text box to say what they need to put in the text. I did end up finding that there are default drop down boxes for dates and stuff like that. I should be able to finish it tomorrow.
